Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from [email protected]. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

We automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via e-mail.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. As soon as your order is shipped and out of the warehouse, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provided.

Some of our shipments may come from our domestic or international warehouse. If the item is located in our international warehouse, shipping times may take between 15-30 days. Please allow an additional 20 days due to the current global situation.

Due to the current global situation, the capacity of air transport is very limited, and warehouses of all major logistics companies are overcrowded and waiting for further arrangements. To protect your rights and interests, please pay attention to the logistics tracking information.

Damages

We take necessary precautions to ensure shipments arrive without any damages. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damages, make a note of it when signing for delivery.

If your item does arrive damaged, please send photos to [email protected], and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

What Items Don’t Qualify For Free Shipping?

Some products do not offer free shipping, which is also dependent on your location. Each product that is excluded will have a note next to it in the product description to assist you in your purchase.

How Are Pricing Errors Handled?

In case of the following issues:

  1. The item has been mispriced due to system or human error.
  2. There is tampering with our checkout system to obtain lower prices.

Am I Charged Sales Tax?

All orders are tax-free unless you live in Michigan or Texas. Residents of Texas are charged a sales tax of 8.25%. Residents of Michigan and Kentucky are charged a state tax of 6%.

Cancellations & Refunds

All orders canceled after 48 hours may be subject to an administration fee if your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used when placing the order.

Returns are accepted if the item is not as described or damaged:

  1. You have 14 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date received. If the item is in your possession for more than 14 days without contact, it will be considered used, and we will not issue a refund or replacement without exceptions. Return shipping cost is shared equally by seller and buyer.
  2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging, and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
  3. We will refund YOUR FULL PURCHASE AMOUNT upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
  4. We will bear all the shipping costs if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised or damaged.

How Do I Track My Order

All orders include a tracking number in your account dashboard. Once you receive our order confirmation email, within a few days you will receive a second email saying your item has shipped along with a tracking number, which will allow you to track the status within your order dashboard.

Do You Sell Customer Information?

Absolutely not. Your information and customer experience are important to us, and we will never give out your information to anyone without exception.
